Affinity Group PEO Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) a JV tech platform developed by InsureComp & exclusively sold by iPEO Solutions to disrupt and transform the procurement of PEO services, such as Workers’ Comp via preset algorithms and AI, HR services including EPLI, Payroll administration and Employee Benefits.

Please read our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy carefully, as your first use of the websites, products, or services maintained or offered by Affinity Peo constitutes agreement to both. If you do not agree with any of these policies, you agree to discontinue use of our websites, products, or services immediately.
This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Affinity Group PEO It sets out when and how we collect visitor or customer information, including personally identifiable information, how such information is used, and the circumstances under which information may be disclosed to others.
We collect and process information from:
- Customers using our services to power their business;

3. Our Services
We provide our services to following:
- Senior Living- A PEO program that is focused on senior living and specifically designed to meet the unique needs of organizations that operate in the senior care and senior living sectors, such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, independent living communities, and home care services. These facilities face distinct challenges related to staffing, compliance, safety, and care quality.
- Restaurants- A PEO program that is specifically tailored to meet the unique needs and challenges of businesses in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, resorts, and event management companies. By partnering with our PEO program, hospitality businesses can streamline HR functions, enhance employee benefits, ensure compliance, and ultimately focus more on delivering exceptional guest experiences and growing their operations.
- Transportation-A transportation-focused PEO program that caters to the unique needs of businesses operating in the transportation and logistics sectors. This includes companies involved in trucking, freight, logistics, delivery services, and public transportation. These industries face distinct challenges such as regulatory compliance, safety concerns, complex payroll structures, and managing a mobile workforce.
- Staffing- A PEO program tailored for the staffing industry that addresses the specific needs of staffing agencies, temp agencies, and recruitment firms that manage large pools of contingent and temporary workers across various industries. The unique challenges faced by these businesses include handling complex payroll structures, managing HR compliance across different jurisdictions, ensuring worker safety, and attracting and retaining talent.
- High Mod- A PEO program that is focused on high experience mod (modification factor) companies and designed to address the unique needs of businesses with elevated workers’ compensation experience modification rates (EMRs). These companies typically operate in industries with higher risks of workplace injuries, such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics. A high experience mod can significantly increase workers’ compensation insurance premiums, making risk management and cost control crucial.
- Construction-The construction industry faces many difficulties such as labor shortages, project delays, safety concerns, etc. The right PEO program can help businesses overcome these administrative burdens and help them focus on delivering the project at the right time. This PEO program is specifically designed to eliminate the challenges related to staffing, workers’ comp, compliance, safety, and a lot more.
4. Information Collection
What Information is Collected and Why?
We collect company’s information such as profile, location, payroll to generate a quote/show price indication. The types of information we collect include:
- Contact Information (e.g., name, email address, phone number)
- Company Information (e.g., company name, address, industry)
- Financial Information (e.g., payroll data, revenue)
- Usage Information (e.g., how you interact with our website and services)
- Technical Information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system)
How Information is Used, Processed, and Stored?
The company’s information is used to generate a quote/show price indication and is stored in DynamoDB. Specifically, we use the information to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Communicate with you about your account or transactions
- Send you marketing communications
- Improve our services and develop new ones
- Conduct research and analysis
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations
Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
No cookies are directly used in the application. However, we have added a Google Analytics script to the application to help us understand how visitors use our site. This script may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system.
Deletion of Information
We do not delete information upon completion. However, we can permanently delete the information upon request. To request deletion, please contact us at helpdesk@insurecomp.com
5. Third-Party Access
The following third parties use the information we collect:
- Carrier Portal: We send company’s information such as profile, location, payroll to generate quotes.
- Pibit (External AI, ML Tool): We send loss run documents to extract data.
- AWS Textract: We send Acord forms to extract details.
- Salesforce or Similar CRM Platform: We collect and use company’s data from Salesforce (with client permission) to generate quotes and update information back to Salesforce.
- Hubspot: We collect company’s data (excluding payroll info) from Hubspot to generate quotes and update information back to Hubspot.
- Google Analytics: Added Google Analytics script to the application.
6. Communications
We may send sales and marketing-related email campaigns and transaction-related emails to clients. These communications may include:
- Information about new products and services
- Special offers and promotions
- Updates about our company and services
7. Security Measures
We employ the following security measures to protect data and prevent breaches of privacy:
- API Authentication: Using AWS IAM signatures
- Role-Based Access Control: Ensuring only authorized personnel can access certain information
- Secure Password Policies: Via AWS Cognito for user management and login
- Data Encryption: Amazon DynamoDB encryption at rest
- SSL Certificates: Securing data in transit
- Serverless Architecture: Hosted on AWS, with AWS managing server infrastructure
- Backup Procedures: Manual backups with plans for point-in-time recovery
8. Non-Disclosure of Information
From time to time, it may be necessary or advisable for Affinity Peo to release your information for legal purposes, such as in response to a request from a governmental agency or a private litigant. You agree that we may disclose your information to others if we believe, in good faith, that it is advisable to do so for the purposes of a civil action, criminal investigation, internal investigation, or other legal matter. If we receive a subpoena affecting your privacy, we may elect to notify you to give you an opportunity to file a motion to quash the subpoena, or we may attempt to quash it ourselves, but we are not obligated to do either. We may also release your information to others when we believe that it is prudent to do so, such as when we have a reasonable belief that you may have engaged in or been the victim of fraudulent or other illegal activities. By your first use of our websites, products, or services, you release us from any damages that may arise from or relate to the release of your information in response to a request from law enforcement agencies or private litigants.
9. Policy Towards Children

To verify your identity based on information previously provided to Affinity Peo, we may request additional information.
D. Right to Opt-Out of the Sale of Personal Information You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information.
E. Right to Equal Service and Price You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by a business for the exercise of your CCPA privacy rights, subject to certain limitations.
F. G. Authorizing an Agent If you are acting as an authorized agent to make a request to know, delete, or opt-out on behalf of a California resident, please send a message to the email in our “How You Can Reach Us” section and attach a written authorization signed by the resident.
H. Do Not Track There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
