Rajesh Gurumoorthy - Partner
Rajesh possesses over 20 years of experience in insurance, working capital, management, BPO, risk management, and shared services. He has a track record of success as a multi-national and cross-functional work team leader. He has completed his MBA from Rollins College, Orlando, FL. Rajesh is a dynamic self-starter who is versatile in several areas. He is an expert deal-maker with a keen eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills. He has been providing strategic leadership and direction to a team of more than 50 professionals for the past 10 years as the founder and CEO of a niche insurance underwriting and back-office services company. He has been successful in building and administering shared service centers, business process optimization, and automation. He has held significant roles across the shared services and outsourcing value chains, including solutions, transition, and delivery.
Michael A. Ortoll - Partner
Michael has over 40 years of experience as an insurance specialist. In 1984, he started working for Liberty Mutual as a claims adjuster. He held positions on the broker advisory boards of numerous insurance companies and was one of the top producers of commercial insurance in the country. Mike founded iLeader in 2005, a company that specializes in offering insurance and co-employment solutions to numerous struggling industries, after a while, Wells Fargo Insurance purchased Michael’s company in 2009. He has also served as one of their top commercial producers nationwide. Later, Mike established iPEO Solutions, a national PEO brokerage for large businesses. Some of his specialties are Risk Management Services including claims, loss control & analytics. Solutions for PEOs, PE portfolio companies, temp staffing, transportation, construction, military companies, and big franchise chains. Mike is a Florida State University alumnus.
